Noor Private Aviation provides private jet charter, helicopter transfers, empty leg flights, VIP air cargo, and ground coordination. All services are subject to availability and prior agreement.

2. Confidentiality

All client information, security arrangements, and operational details are treated with absolute discretion. Noor Private Aviation operates under strict confidentiality protocols consistent with international security standards.

3. Liability

Noor Private Aviation accepts no liability for events beyond reasonable control. Service scope and liability are defined in individual service agreements signed prior to engagement.

4. Jurisdiction

These terms are governed by Moroccan law. Any disputes shall be resolved through competent courts in Casablanca, Morocco.
